Lester's Barbecue Workshop
Throughout the year, Lester's hosts a series of Smokin' Workshops held on our outdoor patio. Each workshop features tips and techniques for pit-smoking different types of meats. We discuss rub and sauce recipes, and demonstrate various brands of smokers that would typically be used by the home barbecue enthusiast.
